Quiver

I've been fortunate enough to hold on to most of the boards that i've picked up over the years.....here are a few.

#3

Heres the third board I shaped. 6'4" Hull for the islands.

BAMBOOZIE

Foiling the fins for the Super Disc project. These are the front fins for Sara's board...(my own template so I hope they work). Bamboo was much easier to work with than I imagined, just because it seems like a really hard wood. Turns out it went very smooth and I was able to complete both fins with my cordless drill disc sander attachment. Took less than an hour to get this far.

SUPER DISC PROJECT

Got back in the shaping room last week (Thanks Mitch)! I've been dreaming about this shape for a while, maybe two months now. So I dove in deep and shaped two, one for me and one for Sara.

The plan shapes are from an old egg template that Mitch had laying around in the shop(thanks again). Both boards sport a channel hull bottom with a nice vee out the rear. Mine 6'1" x 17" x 21" x 17" x 2.5" ---Sara's 6'3" x 17" x 21" x 17" x 3". I'm in the process of foiling Bamboo fins for them now.
